Q.Is there a minimum order quantity?
It varies by service. Purchasing agent from 1 piece, sourcing from 10+ pieces, OEM from 100+ pieces. Exact MOQ will be provided during consultation.
Q.How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is 7-14 days, express is 3-5 days. May vary by product type and quantity, subject to customs clearance.
Q.How do I pay?
Bank transfer and card payment available. First transaction requires prepayment, post-payment can be negotiated after trust is established.
Q.What if I receive defective products?
We conduct 1st inspection in China before shipping, 2nd inspection after domestic arrival. Defective items are exchanged or refunded free of charge.
Q.Can I receive samples for OEM production?
Yes, we produce and send samples before mass production. Sample costs can be deducted from production or negotiated separately.
